 |
South Island Beach Handball Championships 2007On 27 January 2007 the University of Canterbury Handball Club was the proud organiser of the South Island Championships in Beach Handball on Sumner Beach. At the tournament there were 4 males and 6 mixed teams competing for the title. After a long day of hard fought battles Blenheim All-stars prevailed on top of the men's division with UCHC 2nd runner up. In the mixed division the all girl's team from VIC University finished 1st with a mixed UCHC team in 2nd place. Thanks to the Edge FM and all of our price sponsors for supporting this great event. |
